Challenge: Healthcare access is one of the biggest ongoing social concerns. The high cost of insurance, medication, and appointments can lead people to delay care. Complicated processes and scheduling conflicts also affect people’s healthcare experience.
Solution: Design a pop-up site to improve access to affordable healthcare while addressing ongoing healthcare inequality. The process includes creating sketches and scaled prototypes with human figures to evaluate circulation, dimensions, and ADA accessibility. User and market research also informed the store’s layout and overall experience.
Deliverables: A 3D healthcare pop-up store design with accessible circulation, service stations, informational displays, lighting, and renderings. The design fits within a 12 ft × 12 ft × 12 ft space while meeting ADA accessibility requirements.
Outcome: LAB+ is a community-centered healthcare brand built around the idea of making personal health feel more approachable. Through detailed visuals of essential medical tools, including a blood pressure monitor and blood sugar test kit, the brand communicates care, trust, and everyday wellness.
